There is a beautiful thing happening at Cornerstone/Plymouth Bethesda that is the realization of a vision, really more a dream, that has been incubating for more than a decade. The dream of an upside-down place where the last are first and the first are last, where the weak can be strong and the strong can embrace their weakness, and where the exiled are celebrated and the privileged throw the celebrations. In other words, a place where the barriers that divide and define us in the world are actively broken down inside and outside our church walls by our kindness and care for all our neighbors.
